Here is the error message I get either way: If I double click to install, it still fails but the files don't get deleted.

When I try to install it from command line, two of my existing rollup files get deletedĪnd I have to replace them (RU8-v2 & RU13).
UAC is turned off, I have tried running the update by double clicking it and invoking the msiexec update from an elevated command prompt and both fail. This SBS Server is currently running Exchange 2010 I have successfully installed this same rollup on a another standalone Exchange server with no issues. I am having an issue installing the Update Rollup 21 for Exchange 2010 SP3 on an SBS 2011 server.
